The staff was super friendly, especially Erol and Ibrahim in the restaurant, they were so attentive. The food was delicious with a ton of options. Our room was comfy, and we got a free baby cot. Only downside was the wifi could be spotty at times.

The lovely gardens and well-maintained pathways made walking enjoyable, reflecting a beautiful blend of nature and comfort. The accessible seating areas nestled among the lush greenery were perfect for resting and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.

I spent 10 lovely days with my family at this hotel, and we had a wonderful time. The staff, particularly Erol and Ibrahim in the restaurant, were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, making meals a pleasure. The variety of food options was impressive, especially the Turkish cuisine which was flavorful and satisfying. The water park and pools provided endless fun for my child, and the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected. One area of improvement would be the communication barriers with staff, but using translation apps helped us overcome that hurdle.

We had an amazing time at this spacious resort! With tons of activities for the whole family, we genuinely enjoyed everything from the beach to live entertainment each night. The food was plentiful, fresh, and super tasty, especially the Turkish cuisine!

In my kids’ opinion, more towel stations would help. It was inconvenient running back and forth across the resort to get towels.

Beautiful private beach experience.

During our stay, we faced several issues that really affected our experience. The rooms were outdated and in desperate need of renovation, with a leak that took ages to get fixed. Additionally, the staff struggled with English, making communication very challenging, especially concerning a misunderstanding about our stolen drinks. The food was lackluster and repetitively bland, which was quite disappointing given our expectations.
